Pros
This company went out of their way to connect me to a tremendous opportunity that was a perfect role for me and eventually led to a full time offer. They really made me feel supported for the role and not feel like I was just part of a "herd" of candidates being submitted. Once I was selected their team went out of their way to handle all the details and arrangements (my role was out of town from where I was living at the time).
Cons
No cons about the company at all but more of a logistical one. As someone who had to travel to the client site weekly and having to use my own credit card for expenses, I was often using my current paycheck reimbursement to cover future expenses (in order to get reasonably priced future flights) so that I wouldn't get hit with interest charges on my credit card.
