      Great commission Split day 1. Desk fees are low compared to other brokers. Well a little lower.

      Cons

      Other agent bring people in for the money but do not provide the support needed. That process needs to be looked at.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
