No leads, weak mentorship program --which is required for new agents, Monthly Brokerage fees, still making a name for itself so many clients have not heard of the company before.

You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
