I absolutely love working at eXp Realty, but if I were to mention a minor drawback, it would be the policy around accrued PTO. While eXp Realty offers great benefits overall, the accrued PTO system can be a bit restrictive. Accruing paid time off over time means that employees may need to plan vacations or time off more carefully. It would be more convenient if there were options for more immediate PTO availability, as this could enhance flexibility for employees in managing their work-life balance. Nevertheless, this is a minor aspect in comparison to the numerous positives eXp Realty offers, and it's a fantastic place to work overall!
