- Terrible training, a lot of video training repeats itslef - Their virtual wold makes it more complicated than it needs to be. - Hard to find a mentor even with their program to connect you. Their program took over 2 months to get a mentor and I had to get them on my own. - Very little help from experienced agents. - This brokerage would probably be best for a very experienced agent with minimal need for assistance.
