Broken culture - Project Manager esure Employee Review

Culture is broken, and ultimately the leadership haven’t a clue. Boys club, outdated methods and thinking. Mostly ex-consultants running the show since Bain bought them out. Buzz words used, some attempts made to say the right things but ultimately revert to old school behaviours. People are not at all valued. Many good employees left and in process of leaving, attrition high.
