As business where ‘people’ are considered the pain point.
Apr 18, 2023 - Anonymous Employee in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Previously prior to ‘business take over’ esure had a fantastic, supportive and friendly culture.
Cons
Plans and transformation means head count reduction appears to be number one priority. Outsourcing business to other providers outside of the uk. Overall a very difficult place to work where there is very limited to no career progression, you are not valued as a person, salary and benefits package is minimal for a company of this size. No investment in people just new systems which they hope will eradicate the need for people eventually. Losses this year of considerable amounts as a business means the squeeze and pressure to deliver in an already very lean business, equals more job pressure.
