Pros
Few nice colleagues, 3 hours ping-pong. 2 hours lunch. 2 hours cigarette gossip, 1 hour effective work. Good place to get familiarized on how to grow up in a company having zero skills and soft tongue. Or nice body. ;)
Cons
Very low level projects, experienced devs are extremely rare. No real values, no structure nor procedures. No business vision on the management side. Nepotism is the company main policy. Hiring wife, husbands, sisters, brother, cousins, parents, daughters or even mistress, etc its a rule. Bottom kissers and hierarchy climbers are highly appreciated.
