Pros
This company takes culture seriously. It's not a facade. They may not always get it right -- no company does -- but they strive for it. If you're willing to learn and operate in some of the healthier approaches they have to work/customer relations/personal growth, they'll support you.
Cons
Like many companies, culture can only take you so far, though. While there's a desire to grow internal leaders and ensure they're supported, growth happens quickly at i3, and team members must pivot to try things new. It's not a place for the complacent, nor is it a place one single person can bring into balance. i3 shifts and realigns to tend to its needs and the needs of its team members. Being watchful and attentive to catch those shifts and realignments takes effort, and can sometimes be tiring atop the day-to-day.
