Pros

The salary at i3 are reasonable, although there are not a lot of incentives or raises given. They use Blue Cross Blue Shield for insurance and they benefits are great, especially the 401k.

Cons

Upper level management likes to put on the front of having a great culture and family-like atmosphere. However, the company has grown too big, too fast and they do not know how to make proper changes to make sure the majority of the employees are happy. They focus on the higher ups and corporate people. There is a divide between them and contractors. The so called "family", are quick triggered to turning their back on whoever they do not see eye to eye with.

Pros

Starting wage isn’t bad if you don’t undervalue yourself in the hiring negotiation. Benefits are good but expensive. There are Christmas bonuses and free coffee! They do a lot of employee events and charity if you’re into that sort of thing. Had free booze at the Christmas party

Cons

People especially leadership does not listen. Communication is lacking in every way. Raises are an insult. Company must spend big funds throwing all these unnecessary events for employees when they could pass that money down in raises or bonuses. Employees are forced to use agile in every project even though it causes non stop problems when you have deadlines. Most employees don’t even understand what agile is let alone how its suppose to work which is where a lot of problems come from. They force the use of agile but not the education of it? There is a ton of inexperienced people in leadership roles that do not need to be leading. Not because they’re bad people but because they seriously do not know how to lead and we are not afforded time for them to fail so they can learn to lead. Leadership doesn’t respect you or your knowledge as much when your not dressed to the 9’s, Only room enough for a select well dressed few to advance and most likely without the pay. Talent withers on the vine because management either doesn’t recognize it or understand how to properly utilize its people! Culture is immature and click-ish like high school to the point of cringe.

Pros

Amazing benefits. Christmas parties are in the CEO's house.

Cons

Managers have no understanding about software or how it is made and believe past performance can be replicated despite scope of the next project being larger. Everyone is salary but you are expected and told to work well over 40 hours a week despite the companies claims of having a strong work life balance. Pay is very limited based on what box you fit into.
