      Pros

      loose structure and casual environment, exposure to high tech. Really a good place if you work in their government contract department

      Cons

      structure too loose. very vague responsibility in their home department, very ineffective communication and very behind in implementing enterprise-level applicatioin.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
