      Pros

      Technology driven company on the forefront of ground mobile robots, semi autonomous behaviors and gesture recognition.

      Cons

      Very process heavy, meetings to discuss upcoming meetings, formulaic management practices, little recognition of talent/capability if the person doesn't have an advanced college degree (master's minimum).

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
