Pros
The people are so nice here and the HR team is very employee-friendly. I've been here a year now and I've seen great changes at this company.......We were acquired last November by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan and, while no company transition like that is ever smooth, we came through with only minor bumps and bruises. The employees here now are on board with ikaSystem's new 'journey'; these folks are highly talented and collaborative compared to the ikaSystems of yore----they all want to be here and it shows. ikaSystems has come a long way from the old entitlement/one-minded employees and management of the past.....and the future is so bright that if you want to work here you'll definitely need sunglasses!!!!
Cons
Many of the past employees who left ikaSystems (or were let go for performance) want to come back here..............some of these folks are toxic and we have a very healthy ecosystem and need to keep it this way and only hire new talent who are excited and happy to be here.
