• Amazing people • Learned a lot in a short space of time • Autonomy to pursue projects how you see them • Interesting and exciting topic matter, B2B finance is a challenge • Decent perks such as food, beer, trips away etc. • Lovely place as a whole and do recommend going there, especially for the learning.
Cons
• Frugality. Hard to make an impact when projects are cancelled because they incur a modest amount of spend. • This attitude translates into pay and career progression. Very hard going getting a pay rise. The phrase " you're at/above the market rate" used quite a lot, irrespective of tenure or ability. •Lots of young people in management roles and lots of shiny objects chased after, hard to maintain focus and keep resources on track.
