Lots of changes to the product very quickly. Felt more reactive than proactive but seems to have landed well.

They offer some decent benefits

So many cons. The company has gone downhill and is almost a total 180 from five years ago, even 2. The AI surge has changed the company and the culture has plummeted. They used to care about their employees, and now are cutting people to replace with AI all in the name of cutting corners when their technology simply isn't there yet, leaving the employees who are left with more work than they can handle. They're very stingy when it comes to money and promotions. New management doesn't care about people, hearing or solving problems, and just wants things done quicker or else you're cut. I wouldn't waste your time with this company.
