Pros
The employees are cool (Not the leadership, however). This will also be a learning experience for handling employers that try and scam and mistreat their employees in the future.
Cons
The pay is the lowest I have received out of all employers I have worked for. All competing agencies (even those that also offer training), will offer a higher salary and commission structure. Netpolarity's commission structure is almost non-existent, so do not believe it when they tell you how much money you can make off of commission. Micromanaged. If you like filling out endless reports, sending "check in" emails several times a day, have pointless team meetings to drive metrics even more, etc., than this is the place for you. Receive a daily email from the President's wife who works downstairs and knows nothing about your work, your workload, or recruiting with messages telling you to bring up your numbers. You then have to search through all of your work and figure out why you have not entered ONE resume into their database out of the hundreds you receive daily. I could go on and on but do yourself a favor and do not consider working here.
