They give you the opportunity to learn a lot. They have a lot of talented employees. Good place to start your career.
Cons
No promotional opportunities within the company. They have no issue with lying to you. They do not like to offer training. Your health insurance cost will go up every year and the plan get worse. When you have a complaint they do not care what you think. Every year they find something to take away from you to save money. If you are not in the clique you will have to room to move up. The only people taken care of in the company are the Pickett family members and the senior management’s family. They have no issue letting people go for no reason. Salaries are below market. If you work hard and know your stuff you will not be recognized for it. 401k is terrible.
