Pros

there is free water in the office, the floors are solid, there's air too. they paid me.

Cons

how much time do you have? start with the phony, hr-posted reviews. they're desperate and easy to spot (who else would say, "Look Forward To Work Every Day"). one says those posting negative reviews here are under-performers who should be fired. that's untrue. those posting negative reviews have a point. and performed or perform well.. managers undermine and demean their people. the company could care less about keeping good people. they want to squeeze the most out of you. don't make the slightest wave or you'll be dressed down in front of other employees. one employee who did great work came this close to being fired for telling a stupid, non-offensive in any way joke. That goes to the next point, the company has absolutely no sense of humor. there is no paid training, no possibility for advancement (new people are brought in even though there are qualified employees), no sense you're valued due to a ;my way or the highway attitude.' there's a manager there who's openly hostile, rages at th top of his lungs and has a hair trigger. he's scary and wouldn't last fifteen minutes at another company. this company gave him an award. pay and benefits are okay - nothing extraordinary. morale is low, particularly since twenty people were recently fired because there was lower than thought growth. none of the values of the nfrastructure culture are out of the ordinary for today's business. the difference is, here, they hide it behind phony smiles and shallow rewards. underneath, they realize the economy is not as strong as it could be and there are plenty of people looking for jobs - an employer's market. they use this to their advantage far more than other companies.
