* 8 Hour Work Day * Opportunity to Work with Multiple Companies * Relatively Forgiving Environment

Cons

* No Formal Training Program or Universal Guideline for Tech Support to Follow * Not the Most Efficient, Up to Date, or Kosher Technical Practices * Disconnect with Upper Management vs Tech Support. Only interactions with them a lot of times are when they want to micromanage in an unhelpful way. * Mediocre Wage. Upper Managers will low ball you and pretend like the company doesn't have money and give you a $1/hr raise when they make 6 figures themselves.

The office location is nice, in financial district

Cons

Volatile Leadership: Both the direct management and the CEO exhibit frequent emotional outbursts, including yelling at employees over minor issues. The culture is driven by unnecessary drama rather than professional communication. Lack of Onboarding: Training was virtually non-existent. I was immediately handed many accounts to manage with zero guidance or preparation. Unviable Compensation: The pay is incredibly low and completely unsustainable for anyone trying to live in New York.
