    I worked at syscom usa full-time

    Pros

    - learn many different IT devices
    - A lot of different project to work on
    - Management are flexible with your schedule
    - Director, Manager and Engineer are smart

    Cons

    - long hours
    - Wages are relatively lower than market
    - A lot of things are happening and engineer feel a lost and quit.
    - Company is not growing, so you really have no room to grow especially if you are not japanese.
    - Somewhat japanese culture, need to change different style of work.

    Advice to Management

    Management please listen to engineer since they are making money for you. If you are treat them right, they will work hard for you and company will have earn more profit. However, they are never been a good relationship between sales team and engineer team.

    Good exposure to the basics.

    Lack of career development planning
    No training
    Poor work load and relatively low wages

    Advice to Management

    Quit using guerrilla strategy. Mind staffs.

    Pros

    not that i can think of.

    Cons

    zero training, no training manuals, no respect from management, no pay holiday for engineer, negative comments you hear from management or your own boss, no trust with management, blame management mistakes to non management employees, turn over is less than 6 months and HR issues involve labor office.

    Advice to Management

    Please provide training for management team how to treat well and respect employees as asset to the company.

    Small and close-knit working environment; on-the-job training and hands-on experience working with clients

    Cons

    Little opportunity for growth, especially for women; no formalized training and low accountability; salary and benefits are inadequate compensation

    Better management styles and training necessary for all levels of hierarchy; need an objective human resources person

    Pros

    The company is so small that you end up taking on multiple diverse projects at a time. Good experience for those who want an IT crash course.

    Cons

    The company was a revolving door - most people come and go within a few years. Very chaotic and disorganized place to work. Felt like we were constantly behind schedule and overworked.
