      Great People; good benefits; good work life balance; average pay; high value for team; hard working & intelligent coworkers at times!

      Cons

      poor middle upper management; promotions are very tricky! It seems like there are lots of politics involved within the various organizations.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
