I have been working at thyssenkrupp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My supervisors are great and accommodating, I get along with all of my coworkers swimmingly, the pay and benefits are great, there's plenty of opportunities to work overtime if need be, and workplace morale is high.

    Cons

Very stressful (pays well for a reason), not much of a nightlife when starting out, you may have to work holidays, and sometimes people can be jerks (but in all fairness, that can't really be avoided.)

I have been working at thyssenkrupp full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place to work, lovely people to work with and very office friendly

    Cons

Poor management, poor training program and not career advancement

    Advice to Management

Need to learn more about the job at hand and stop trying to make standard processes for a non standard job

I worked at thyssenkrupp full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

rewards achievement, both financially and via promotions

    Cons

no synergy, too many people have a say in how things get done. this leads to confusion, conflicts and ultimately the client suffers the consequences. example: operations bonus (profit) mostly conflicts with sales bonus (revenue.) takes too long & too many people are involved in simple processes. example: takes 3 people to order parts. takes 3 or 4 people to approve a sale. cumbersome & inefficient.

    Advice to Management

make it easier to do business. or, continue to lose employees and clients.

I worked at thyssenkrupp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great bonus program and benefits.

    Cons

They claim speak up culture but when you do it's against you. Senior management do not engage their employees and culture is the good old boys network.

    Advice to Management

Don't hold things over the employees because you don't agree with their opinion on a subject or just don't ask if you are not going to respect the answer.

I worked at thyssenkrupp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is good, bonuses good but not worth the poor management

    Cons

Who you know not how you perform, ever changing priorities, unethical treatment of customers, do not do what they are contracted to do, talk about caring for employees but really don’t, reorganize every 2-3 years, obsessively profit driven, discriminate against older people with higher salaries

    Advice to Management

Advance for merit, not just promising millenials
