I worked at thyssenkrupp full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good Pay, & Benefits,

    Cons

I ran into Micro Management the first day there, Management does not own there problems they push blame onto the workers. No real leadership skills, They are more focused on what time you leave as opposed to your ability to get quality work done on schedule.

    Advice to Management

Stop the micro management and get Engage in problem solving. Management needs to own their department dysfunction issues & Quit trying to invent a new process for every task.

I worked at thyssenkrupp (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great work and personal life balance. Overall base salary is good. Keep your head down and don't go against the grain even if you know it is the right thing to do.

    Cons

Have to keep asking manager to pay your commissions. Management was questionable.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. They do know the market. Start providing to the customer what you sell them. Customer focus is not where it should be.
