      Pros

      The people doing the work are people that work hard.

      Cons

      Bad, non-empathetic leadership. Leadership here is so disconnected from the work and they never push back. They allow clients to expect the impossible and don't care how much it kills talent. People are burnt out. And tired of not being promoted or getting a pay raise when you get great reviews year after year.

      The people who work here are very seasoned and know how to do the work well. Learn to make connections and get good with the legends here.

      The office could use a face lift to make it more inviting and inspiring. It just seems dead.
