      Good mix of things to do, even though only like 4 people work actually.

      Management sucks at providing training and support/feedback unless they like you.

      good culture, a tight knit community. Everyone is willing to help each other out

      Cons

      plants are located in small towns which can be a dealbreaker for some. But both appleton and portage are great towns.
