They give anybody and everybody a chance. I got my first engineering job there after 8 months of searching and they gave it to me two days after my first interview

Cons

Not very organized. Administration was sloppy, lots of uncontrolled paperwork and a material system that left you stranded for 3-4 days just trying to get a wrench or a screwdriver. Workers often had mistakes in their pay, could take months to get their due compensation
