      Commute to and from work.

      Not organised, no reprocussion for substandard work. some of the first level supervisors lack training and leadership skills.

      Great people work there. The people are very hard working and care about what they build.

      Cons

      Owner is a self centered know it all that only wants to be surrounded by yes men. Micro manages EVERYTHING!

      Pros

      I’m the type of person who comes in and immediately gets to work without being prompted. Even though I’m not big with socializing while on the clock, I’m courteous to everyone around me and they’re often courteous to me in return. We’ve built a harmonious ecosystem over the years. Amongst other things, I enjoy the positive work environment.

      Cons

      Management have their problems, but they’re not as bad as some people try to make them out to be.
