Pros
Not a lot pros, remote company maybe
Cons
CEO dictates everyone around. No other opinions are voiced. People who have an opinion other than CEO and voice it get fired very fast. CEO is unpredictable and changes opinion all the time as such the company doesn't progress. No notice period when you get fired (and you will get fired of rediculous reasons if CEO has a bad day and is emotionally). Salary is a joke and you will get cheated on your money by wrong promises (they will pay you half in NRG which they manipulate the price, so you only get paid half of what they promise if you are lucky). Promises are wrong and they don't respect people working for them; their attitude is because they pay you a bit of money that gives them permission to treat you badly. E.g. they make fun of you (joke around your back) if new joiners believe they will get paid the amount they got promised during the interview. All capable people have left the company or got fired and the people who join such a toxic environment are usually new to the job market. They have at least 3 full time recruiters as they need to re-fill all the people that have left (got fired). At a size of less than 10 people (many people on their socials/reviews/company website don't exist or don't work for them anymore), the recruitment department is a quite big part of what makes out that company. Most of the reviews with 5 stars are written by managment or paid for (same for their social media accounts). They spend a lot of money on fake social media present/reviews.
