Pros

Work from home, set your own hours, excellent ATS. Some employees are really, really great.

Cons

Management STINKS. "Raise your hand" is their favorite mantra.... until you actually raise your hand and get crickets in return. Compensation is EXTREMELY low. Seasoned recruiters will laugh at the compensation.

We really appreciate you sharing your comments. Whether a current or former employee, we take all reviews seriously. We’re disappointed E2E, Recruitment Solutions has not been able to meet your expectations as an employer. Recruitment on-demand pay can be somewhat difficult to understand; however, the current earnings potential is great given the amount of projects available. Secondly, we want to ensure responsiveness, fairness and professionalism towards all employees. We will continue to partner with management to ensure that we are hitting the mark in all of these areas.

Friendly staff, good benefits, clean workplace, casual dress

Cons

At one time this place was a great place to work, but in recent years that has changed drastically. There are way to many V.P.'s not doing the work, but getting very high salaries. If there is someone that wins favoritism, but there isn't a higher paying position open, then they create another VP spot and put that person in it with some type of bogus title. The people doing the work do not get an increase in pay, but the managers and executives do. Some departments and locations get time off that others do not get unless we take without pay or use PTO. We have to answer a customer within 24 hours; however, the department that we need information from may not be working that day, and there is one particular ASU person that is continually not working. The IT department goes to the gym for "lunch" which is usually 2 hours and employees in several other departments come and go as they please. Some employees work and get pay and benefits for part time , while others work part time and get full time pay and benefits. Managers do not have to document time off, so basically they get as much vacation time as they want. New employees come in making far more than employees that have been here 15+ years, and we are the ones training them for their positions. We are told that if we reach a certain goal that we will get a raise, but they make the goal so high that is virtually unreachable, so we do not get a raise or bonus, but the executive areas get remodeled. We have those that do not know how to do our jobs efficiently trying to tell us what to do; however, they do not take a part in covering offices when someone is out, nor do they actually know how to do the job. The sit in their office and micromanage with useless emails and reports that take away from being able to assist our customers. They have gotten rid of salesreps that make a high commission and now expect program managers to do the jobs that the reps were doing, with a very much lower salary. The work load is not distributed fairly--there are those that do not have as much to do as others for the simple reason that they whine about every little thing. There are those that have work loads being lightened, in addition to getting a raise, because they threaten to quit, while others have to take on the work for them and do not get anything. When we do get some type of recognition, it is just a few points. The points are basically worthless because it takes so may to be able to get anything and then you have to pay taxes on them. The people making the decisions on how things should be done more effectively are not the people doing the job and they know very little about how to do it. They never ask for the input from those that actually do the job. We keep hearing that we are growing, but we do not see more employees coming in to help service the customers or do we see anymore money coming to us. We are so overworked that we cannot be as attentive to our customers as we would like to be. Basically E2E is a great place to work IF YOU ARE A MANAGER. If not a manager, then not so good.

Pros

I would say a Pro would be the PTO.

Cons

When I started working for (TharpeRobbins) at the time it was awesome. As an employee you felt very much appreciated. As a company that is centered around recognizing employees , it sure has failed employees in the past few years. It's a shame that companies that we bought use our points program more that the company that created it. There are some departments that never receive any points, and we hear well "It's your job". I know there are other departments that get points for "DOING THEIR JOB". We get more work put on us everyday, and of course no additional money!!! I know that they're new hires that are making more money than people that have been here for years, so what does that say of the company? We were promised a raise this year, and then we're invited to a meeting, and given a doughnut to make the blow of finding out we aren't getting a raise this year easier. It sure didn't make the blow easy, I can buy my own doughnut. Every department is treated different as well. We left early on Labor Day Friday, and some departments got paid to leave early while one department had to take PTO. That makes an employee even more resentful!! There are departments that come and go as they please! IT can go to the gym for hours, and leave early, oh and don't forget they can come in late too! I would suggest looking internally at things that need to be fixed, and make sure your employees are taken care of. It's great to work here if you're a manager!!
