      Pros

      Travel, see your boss very seldom, if you enjoy travel can be great. Daily per diem if on the road. Based in Austria, so possibly travel there. No daily same old routine.

      Cons

      No support from management. Human resource screws employees religiously. Change in company vehicle rules puts vehicle on employee, so if you leave or layed off your stuck with the payments. If you get hurt on job they can ditch you an hire someone new.

      Pay and benefits, good equipment given to workers

      Back stabbers and generally miserable environment. Don't trust anyone that works there.

      Benefits were on par with the industry

      Cons

      Communication to employees were poor. Day to day envolvement by upper management were non existant. Upper management spoke in riddles and when asked to explain, the explaination did not fit the question. Very political. Corp in Austria mandated all choices within the American division.
