      Great relaxed culture, friendly people, good work-life balance. Nice perks you don't see often.

      Mistakes are expensive - always ask if you are not sure you are doing something right. Peers are always willing to help.

      Thank you for your review and dedication to the company! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience working at ES². We strive to create a relaxed open culture at and value feedback so that we can become a better company as we grow. As we all know healthcare is expensive; a healthshare allowed us to provide our qualifying employees with free healthcare for them and ES² paid 60% or more for dependent(s) healthcare. 95% of our employees were very happy with this arrangement. Sadly, we can't please everyone.
