Pros
Good salaries. Relaxed environment. Some people here show good talents. There is the opportunity to work on many different projects and thus to improve technical skills.
Cons
Complete lack of managerial skills at every level. This reflects into a disorganized working environment and missed opportunities. Too many people are more interested to their personal benefit rather than to the Company's interests. Teams do not cooperate with each other. No internal trainings. No clear indication of professional growth. The technical shortcomings of the IT department are plain for all to see and negatively impact on the business.

Some people were really helpful,even answering my questions for help on slack after work hours!!!
Cons
Didnt't gain that much experience handling difficult and pressurising client projects that would help me advance as an engineer.
