      Flexible working hours, good relations with colleagues, different and better than other italian company.

      Cons

      No respect from CEO, no interesting project, very bad salary.

      Pros

      Cozy environment with young colleagues. I would like to write something better but I can't. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Anything that you can imagine. Very bad relationship boss-employees, very inadequate bosses, no respect for the employees, very bad salary (paid less than the usual monthly survival rate). Many advices to management but we've been never listened to.
