Use and Through. Some dangerous Politics (With some People, who are stick'd to the company from longtime) This is very negative thing for new joined employees. Main thing, If you don't praise them, you can't survive there long time (Its must). One child mentality person in Management (Its a big minus for the company growth). Don't expect training's.
