    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Environetics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Since working at Environetics in Los Angeles, I have been able to expand my career greatly as a Designer. Coming straight out of school is usually hard because as Jr. Designers we get stuck in the library. I haven't had that problem here because I have my hand on multiple projects.

Good training and certification opportunities as well! Currently I am a LEED Green Associate working towards being a LEED AP.

    Cons

-Learn on the go (can be good and bad depending on the issue)

    Advice to Management

Thank you for being so knowledgeable!
I cannot wait to continue to grow my skill set.

    Pros

Long-term staff is very knowledgable and has efficient work dynamic. Organized, friendly, and the principal is very mentoring and flexible.

    Cons

Projects are not design-oriented. Staff is very introverted.

    I worked at Environetics full-time

    Pros

Hours were great, co workers were awesome, laid back atmosphere but at the same time you have deadlines to meet.

    Cons

The designers juggled too many jobs at one time therefore you end up getting confused on which job you were working on. There were 4 designers and only 1 drafter to do all the grunt work. each designer was working on at least 5-6 different jobs at a time.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the management is to hire more than one drafter to work on all the projects. Also if you are going to ask for someone that is experience in certain programs make sure that they will be able to use those programs at least twice a week.
