I have been working at Epsilon Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They just care that you show up on time. You are a body, filling a contract obligation so not much is expected of you. (If that is a pro...) basically you have a lot of time for school.
Outside of that, the actual corporate office folks are friendly.

    Cons

-Wage determined. You are literally just a number filling a spot. Someone with less experience can get hired at a greater pay just because the spot was open.

    -No room for advancement.
-You are the scapegoat for anything that goes wrong.
    -No technical training.
-Nobody in management actually knows what you do because they do not supervise. (Navy supervises)
-Old boys club (all retired navy.)
-It's just how it works so you can't really blame Epsilon as a company, just know that you need to move on after 2 years.

    Advice to Management

Look to advance internally before hiring outside person at a higher rate.

I have been working at Epsilon Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good management, 401k matching benefit, carefully expanding through acquisitions that should serve to reduce costs, streamline processes to better meet customer needs, while increasing their competitive advantage.

    Cons

Paid time off accrues starting at only about 5 hours per month average. More time spent employed with this company equates to more paid time off per pay period.
