      Pros

      - Bosses with a heart of gold: kind, generous, big heart and truly supportive - Inspiring and inclusive work culture - Excellent flexibility and work-life balance - Very generous year-end bonuses - Plenty of opportunities for growth and career development - Director is a strategic thinker and a "genius of geniuses" with unmatched negotiation skills that leave suppliers & subcontractos trembling. - Yet he remains remarkably humble, approachable with a great personality and always willing to share his knowledge. - He is quite simply the kindest soul in the history of management. - Having a leader of such high caliber & personally investing time to sharing his expertise has accelerated my knowledge & experience. - The director’s brief site walk also provides practical experience & mistakes to avoid during construction than 3D drawing reviews. - It’s inspiring how he manages to oversee every project simultaneously without ever appearing to need sleep or a lunch break.

      Cons

      - If I had to nitpick, the meetings can be a bit long at times but they are so insightful & packed with knowledge that you actually leave the room smarter than when you walked in. - None that I can think of, its hard to find a downside when the "cons" are essentially just too much learning.
