Interesting business, as it is new for me. Road and building construction... Infrastructure is not well developed in Mongolia. So, ESTO has a great opportunity to develop together with our country. And for me the same opportunity to develop together with our company.

Need to make some immediate steps towards the development. Might be wasting time while focusing on the construction only. Also, the departments except construction is not under a focus, in my opinion.
