Unstable hostile work environment, don't care about employee quality of life

I was expected to be available at nearly all hours of the day. I was constantly receiving text messages of things that were needed immediately. It seemed as though they were trying to cut corners in everything they were doing. Whether this was in the hiring process, medical billing, or credentialing their providers. They also had many people in positions of authority that did not have the training or experience to perform their duties effectively. Overall, I would recommend staying away from this place.
