      Pros

      There are different employees from all over the world who work together well remotely. You would have a chance to work on different projects as it's kind of a Consultant company. This can be a pro or con: It's better to think of being a Full-Stack developer later on even if you are hired for a specific technology. Everyone should contribute to all tasks.

      Cons

      Making the decision to end the collaboration for reasons is more common than the other companies.

      Pros

      The Evenset is the smart company among the one that I have ever worked, I think. It's condition for development is very good. Especially, the development TEAM is very agile and progressive.

      I don't think there is disadvantage.

      Hullo! I am sorry you didn't have a better experience with us! However, we have been fully remote for over 2 years now, so we have instituted a lot of changes and improvements as we grew. I hope you would reach out and let us know if there is anything more specific that we can do to improve currently.
