    I worked at ExaDigm full-time

    Pros

Great Team, we have a team that works together for the most part. New operations manager is great. Really cares and helps.

    Cons

Besides the people on your department nobody else will be friendly. There is a huge difference between departments. CEO will not say hi to you if you happen to walk by him. I'm sure he feels superior

    Advice to Management

Look out for your workers not yourself. Product is alright but making changes internally every so often really screws up some people

    I worked at ExaDigm full-time

    Pros

Hours are consistent and you will always get paid on time. Hours are somewhat flexible. Decent amount of holiday and vacation days.

    Cons

Pay is not great. Every position is dead end. No room for growth. Don't expect a raise or a promotion but do expect more responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people, pay them well, train them, and don't give them more responsibilities without additional pay.

I worked at ExaDigm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Easy work, not much required of you, management leaves you alone for the most part as long as you do your job

    Cons

Not much to learn, hard to grow as it is a small company. On call sucks and will drain you. Sometimes its hard to get answers to problems that are beyond your control.

    Advice to Management

Improve your training to new hires. Improve the per call bonus of on call to make it worth it. End support for the GT's.

I have been working at ExaDigm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The whole team at ExaDigm is very dedicated, supportive and knowledgeable. It's a true pleasure to work with those people.

    Cons

Too bad that the lack of funding causes delays in product launch and delivery, and puts a dent in revenue.
