      Pros

      There’s a core group of good people—engineers and other specialists alike—who are great to spend time with. But there are fewer of them every year.

      Cons

      Management isn't entirely transparent or honest; they love spinning yarns and making promises, only to conveniently forget what they said. There’s a bit of a "crony" culture—some people get overtime or a second project—but if you fall out of favor or aren't part of that inner circle, you’re out in the cold.

      Toxic leadership and poor treatment of employees

      Was a really good and professional experience till 2024

      - Extremely toxic and brainless leadership - Some individuals from C-Level allow themselves to humiliate and insult their employees, raise voices during meetings - PeopleOps department is unprofessional and does not know its job - No any salary raise or remuneration within 4 years!! - Poor benefit package for almost all locations - The company will do everything to drive you crazy and ruin your mental health, they are treating employees like their slaves Do not join this company, it’s a complete scam and mess
