This is a family company, so don't expect professional treatment, HR people doesn't even know what they're doing, unfair work policies, you work in an old house with poor office furniture and even worst equipments, they don't give you laptops to work from home. When a project closes you will get fired.

No solidarity association, work as outsource for external clients so you're never part of a real team. Small management that is kind of working for a family company.
