    Favoritism. Lies. Promotions are based on good ol boy system.

    Pros

    I was immediately hired at a small start up. The staff were very supportive and schedules were made flexible. It was mostly community work.

    Cons

    I had to leave the company because the census was very low. I now have difficulty contacting them now to use as a reference for future employment.

    Advice to Management

    Post working numbers for future contact of your employees.

    the responsibilities are highly interactive that made me close to organization and lead me to a confident manager in highly uncertain situation and pressure

    Due to ineffective communication in local language i cannot continue and work in my full potential skills

    All in well but he needs to upgrade information technology system
