I am not one to leave negative reviews at all, but given my experience with Execs In The Know, I think it’s my duty to warn others before accepting a position here. Prior to being let go (and no, that’s not why I’m writing this), I was days away from applying for short term disability at the suggestion of my doctor, friends, and family. This was because the management at EITK was abusive & incredibly toxic to the point where I was at my worst mental health point in 7 years. Eventually, about 2 weeks before being let go, I opened up about some of my issues with management. I was dismissed & simply told I was “Too sensitive” and that everything was “my perception” and that it was wrong. My issues? Complete disrespect from the one owner. Gaslighting by the entire management team. Lack of any processes. Being thrown under the bus by my manager. Disrespect. And the list goes on. If you are looking for an organization that will trust in you to do your job, respect your ideas, and award you for your work (which there is A TON of bc they don’t hire enough people & everyone is leaving) - do NOT apply here. Please keep looking.
