While it's great that hard work and dedication can lead to new opportunities within the company, I think we can make some improvements to how we approach employee development.

And that can be frustrating. It can even feel like pulling teeth trying to get information, and sometimes, even when you ask, it feels like you're not getting anywhere. That can be really discouraging.
Our team members invest so much of their time and energy into their work, and they deserve to feel valued and have a clear sense of how they can grow professionally. Instead of them having to ask about these things, I think we should be proactive in helping them develop and advance. We should be celebrating their successes and showing them how they can build a fulfilling career here.
