Cons
Some communications are overlooked as the company is quickly expanding. Some important procedures are also only addressed at the deadline of a need-to basis.

Pros
Great sense of team and comeraderie that stems from the top, both locally and at the HQ in Austria. Good benefits, opportunity to wear a lot of hats in any role, if that's what floats your boat. Laval facility receives ample support from team in Austria.
Cons
This is a young company experiencing a lot of growth, and there is everything that comes along with that. It's not for those in need of a lot of structure.
