Business Outlook
Pros
They have a good structure to provide feedback and training and let you get out into the field from the get go. People in general are very positive and encouraging and focused on doing good work, senior employees make an effort to be mentors. If you want to do training outside of work they support that but it's really up to you to go seek that out.
Cons
There was a lot of focus on being 100% billable for engineers, which isn't always realistic. Sometimes expectations for deliverables weren't clearly defined which led to scope creep, but that's common in consultancies. I found salaries and bonuses to be at the low end of the spectrum at least as a staff engineer.
