Firm practices a supportive meritocracy. Flat hierarchy, if you can do something useful everyone will be happy to let you do it. Easy to get more responsibility. Management is very open to good ideas and improvements in any field. Flexible work arrangements. Firm is very pragmatic, no useless meetings. Staff is young, friendly. and supportive, no elbows. Interesting projects with mostly mid players, some globally known firms.
