      Pros

      learning opportunity if you are willing to figure things out on sight with clients present and asking questions.

      Cons

      Life/work balance is terrible, high turn over rate

Creating a great place to work is very important to us and your experience in learning and onboarding is one in which we hope is not the typical and want to improve upon. As for the high turn over rate- Intellinet is proud to currently have an 84.08% retention rate- extremely high for the industry!

      Pros

      I love working for Intellinet! I have been here 5+ years and have enjoyed every year of it. The consultants are extremely talented and really care about customers and their result. I feel every day I am challenged and have been given the opportunity to grow. The culture is wonderful and the company fosters a very family-oriented feel so that you fit right in from day 1. The benefits and perks are great and the flexibility in hours and remote work really help my work life balance!

      Consulting can be fast paced at times, but to me it is part of the challenge!

      Pros

      I learned so many skills at Intellinet and was entrusted with so many unique clients across diverse industries. Projects were incredibly meaningful, there were brilliant coworkers to learn from, and a pretty cohesive office social scene. The "best place to work" mantra which at first felt cult-like started to get more reasonable.

      Cons

      Everything changed along with the company's ownership. It feels like the company is morally bankrupt now and willing to sell ANY project no matter if it is feasible or healthy for the development team. Management, when it was actually present, tended to be very passive and uninterested in hearing from employees on the frontlines. Pretty lackluster pay and benefits for the amount of talent that (was) working there.

Over the past year we have struggled with how to best take advantage of the capabilities of our now expanded team while maintaining and enhancing the core capabilities of Intellinet. In the last few months we have been laser focused on providing organizational clarity, reestablishing employee trust, and improving the partnership between our sales and consulting teams. While we still have some work to do, we believe we still have an amazing team and are grateful for everyone’s efforts to provide meaningful solutions to our clients and foster a great employee experience.
