      It is a small company.

      Cons

      Management shows favoritism and no one takes action even though their employees let them know what the problems are in the processes taking place. There's too much drama and gossip going on, some getting away with it and others that are dealt sanction because of it.

      Pros

      No Pros at all. Just wasted more than a year with this company to save the resume. If it has to be the last company on the planet, then also you are not supposed to apply or join.

      Cons

      Pathetic HR, Management team is too poor to understand the organisation culture. Zero Empathy towards Clients. No steps towards Client retention. Do not expect to get your full salary in hand even though working for an entire month as every month they will show some rubbish reasons to deduct your salaries.
